Terms of Service
The terms and conditions governing Rise Sync Enterprise's workflow automation consultancy services.

1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Rise Sync Enterprise's services or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
2. Services
Rise Sync Enterprise provides workflow digitalization and automation consulting services including, but not limited to: • Custom Google Forms workflow design • Google Sheets dashboard and reporting system setup • Looker Studio dashboard development • Email automation via Gmail/Google Workspace • Staff training and post-implementation support The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon in a separate project proposal or service agreement signed between both parties.
3. Pricing & Payment
Service pricing is as stated in the project proposal provided to the client. Unless otherwise agreed: • A deposit of 50% of the project fee is payable before work commences • The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and handover • Payments are accepted via bank transfer to Rise Sync Enterprise's registered bank account • Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to applicable taxes We reserve the right to pause or withhold delivery if payments become overdue.
4. Intellectual Property
All operational data entered into Google Forms, stored in Google Sheets, or displayed in Looker Studio dashboards belongs entirely to the client. The client retains full ownership of their data and their Google Workspace account. Rise Sync Enterprise retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, system design frameworks, and reusable workflow templates. Upon full payment, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the specific system delivered for their business.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to: • Provide accurate and complete information needed for system design • Designate a point of contact for timely feedback and approval • Ensure staff are available for training sessions as scheduled • Maintain their own Google Workspace account and licences • Not resell, redistribute or white-label Rise Sync's delivered systems to third parties
6. Revisions & Changes
Each project proposal will specify the number of included revision rounds. Change requests that materially alter the agreed scope may be quoted separately as additional work. Minor adjustments to content, labels, or formatting within the agreed deliverables are included at no extra cost.
7. Limitation of Liability
Rise Sync Enterprise's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in dispute. We are not liable for: • Data loss resulting from the client's own Google account issues or mismanagement • Business losses caused by reliance on dashboard data that the client has not verified • Disruptions caused by changes to Google's platform or third-party services beyond our control
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement. Rise Sync Enterprise will not disclose client business data, workflow details, or operational metrics to any third party without the client's written consent, except where required by law.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination: • Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and payable • The deposit is non-refundable unless Rise Sync Enterprise is found to be in material breach • All deliverables completed will be handed over to the client
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Malaysia.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will be published on this page. Continued engagement of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
