Rise Sync Enterprise is a workflow automation consultancy registered in Malaysia. We help SMEs in manufacturing, production, QA and operations digitalize their workflows using Google Workspace tools. References to "we", "us" or "our" in this policy refer to Rise Sync Enterprise.
2. What Personal Data We Collect
When you contact us through our website or WhatsApp, we may collect: • Your full name • Company name and industry • Email address and phone number • Details about your business workflow challenges (as shared voluntarily) We do not collect sensitive personal data (as defined under Malaysia's PDPA 2010) and we do not use cookies or tracking scripts beyond those provided by the hosting platform.
3. Why We Collect Your Data
We collect your personal data solely to: • Respond to your enquiry or consultation request • Prepare a tailored proposal or demo for your business • Provide the services you have engaged us for • Send relevant updates or follow-ups (only with your consent) We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Your Business Data & Google Workspace
When we implement a workflow system for your business, all operational data (form submissions, spreadsheet records, dashboard data) is stored in your own Google Drive and Google Sheets account. Rise Sync Enterprise does not store, copy, or retain your business data on our own servers. You remain the full owner and controller of all your business data at all times.
5. How We Protect Your Data
We take reasonable precautions to protect personal data shared with us, including limiting access to authorised team members only and using secure channels (WhatsApp, Gmail with 2FA) for communication. However, no method of data transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain enquiry and contact data for up to 24 months from the date of last contact. After this period, data is securely deleted. If you are an active client, we retain project-related records for the duration of our engagement and up to 12 months thereafter.
7. Your Rights Under Malaysia's PDPA 2010
